Not right now he isn't. Maybe back in his prime he was, but the talent gap between the two sure as hell ain't that big anymore. In fact, Horvat might be the slightly superior of the two players now

Yea this is wishful thinking on my part, I kept putting Buch back and fourth between second and third, but I can see a long term either one of them on Thomas RW. I think I like the idea of Barb and Buch playing together to bring more out of Barbashev.

I think players want to win more than they want to enjoy living in a city. His chances of winning are better in StL than Vancouver.
