There is no possibility Winnipeg would even consider this trade. Toews isn't in his mid 20's anymore.

Though Wheeler's point production is quite a bit higher than Toews, CHI says no. Taking on the extra year, and covering 50% needs more than just Heinola as a kicker. Plus Wheeler puts up more points, leading to more wins, which isn't what they want

He's still able to play at a ppg pace unlikee Toews, 0 reason for them to give Heinola away
