Can't think of any team that wants Seabrook and his never ending contract...Certainly not the Leafs.

Yeah no team is taking on an aging Seabrook making $6.875 million for the next 7 years. That contract is pretty horrendous.

the hawks are not trading their 2017 draft pick when the draft is in Chicago unless it's involved in a big blockbuster type deal.

Was there another Blackhawks/Predators series where Oduya didn't look slow? Otherwise I'm not sure why they'd want a D man at his age, coming off an injury plagued season, for two seasons at 1.5M per.
It's not 2015, please no more Oduya, or Sharp for that matter. they have younger, cheaper players they're better off developing. rather than hoping a past his prime player can patch up their legs for one more season.
It's fun to think what if the Blackhawks could trade players and get back other players. As long as one understands that it's a fictional dream. Reality is no other team wants the Blackhawks contracts. They don't want Panarin at $6M, they have the same faceoff % numbers on Anisimov so they don't want him at center either, they don't want to trade for Seabrook at $7M per yr when they can sign Shattenkirk for that amount and Alzner for a little less.
