With cap space at a premium this off season, Toronto will likely have to keep Kerfoot and Holl. Teams with cap space know what it's worth and are making other teams pay to move contracts.

Teams know that the leafs need to get Kerfoot out so no one would bite yet to take him but it seems ridiculous to pay to trade him given he just put up 50+ points with his 3.5 million cap hit

Actually 9 1/2 minutes for Kerfoot. I don't who said Garland had 0 pp time, maybe someone who didn't watch any Canucks games?

I feel like Winnipeg is a team you could get a 4th from for kerfoot. They’ll be wanting to add forward depth from teams looking to shed cap if they are serious about going for it.
