Description

Hoffman for Barrie make sense for both teams, Hoffman could really be a player that put up around 60 pts if he is in a good team and Barrie works for MTL, because the RHD is thin. If EDM can sign Subban to replace Barrie this could be good for them. Dadonov half retained for a 3rd is good value, if he has a good season and for a team that whats to go far in the playoff. He could be really useful on a 3rd line. Allen to Vegas could work if Hill is not doing the job and he could be a really could mentor to Thompson. Gardiner to MTL is only to help Carolina to make space on the cap to maybe add something on deadline.
Finally Dvorak to Vancouver isnt bad for both teams. This trades happen is DVO is having a good season. If not, I dont think he will manage this kind of return.

If they had more cap space I think VAN might be interested in a deal like this, but as it is they'll probably want to shed a little ahead of next season, not take more on.

Really don't see Hoffman for Barrie happening. Signing subban to replace Barrie would be a horrific mistake in my opinion.

They have a similar type. Maybe right now Barrie is better than Subban, but for a cheap price, it wouldnt be a bad idea to try Subban

Vancouver can't afford having Dvorak with his cap hit. Too much $ for what would be a bottom 6 guy in Vancouver, never mind adding the picks for the Cap inconvenience.

Not right now, at the deadline. Could be the blues or any team that are heading to the playoffs and that would need a 3rd line winger that can bring offense.

Well unless there’s an injury dadonov would be on our 4th line and make little impact

Vancouver declines, too much to get rid of Dickinson. I'd consider giving up a 3rd to move his contract but not more than that, and definitely no to Dvorak.
