Assumes Braden Schneider turns into a top three D when his ELC expires, and several other studs on NYR get big raises. They'll be in a cap squeeze and will want the picks to restock on young talent to keep the ELCs coming. Four year deal appealing to Schneider who gets two big pay days.

No way are we giving that up for Schneider. He isn't the second coming of Bobby Orr. I wouldn't trade a 2023 first for Schneider straight up. He has also done absolutley nothing to deserve to be payed nearly 7 mil a year. Simply a bone headed offersheet

Hahaha, so if some is that good that people want to pay him 6.8 M a year for 4 years then he isn't interesting for NYR? And saying that if that was the case is inconsistent somehow logically, please tell me how? smile
