Why would Ottawa do that exactly? Leafs are in a tough spot with Sandin and teams know that, don’t see any return like this happening

Ottawa fans overvalue Greig but he's still worth more than Sandin. Make it Liljegren instead of Sandin and you might have something that works for both teams.

LOL, with how weak Toronto is on D and especially at RD I don't disagree but Ottawa fans will say exactly the opposite!

Hehe yep true enough man. I think he is going to be really good. I know we disagree on Sandin, but I really think he's a future good top 4 too.

I do actually respect your opinion on Sandin even if I do make fun of it all the time...just so we're clear. 😁

I really like how Sandin would fit in Ottawa despite what other sens fans say. I think he would take a lot of pressure of Sanderson, but I think if Ottawa trades for him, it would be around what rfa compensation would be. I see a 3rd and 5th, or a 2nd depending on how much he wants. I also think Ottawa won't trade Greig because he's going to fit in perfectly on the 2nd line when Giroux decides to call it quits
