Cannot argue with top-6. But a lot of cases could be made for those last few slots.

Lindholm, Thomas, Hughes, Pettersson, Larkin, Kopitar

Being serious here, how can you put Leon ahead of Crosby, Mack and Barkov? He plays more wing than center and while he increased shifts at center last season, most of his points came on McD's wing.

I think Barkov deserves to drop a bit. He (along with Florida in general) was a massive disappointment these past Playoffs. I think Point should be above him.

Respect for including Eichel, people forget how good he was in Buffalo before he missed 1.5 years of hockey. He was playing MVP level hockey on a terrible, horrible team. He wasn't the same caliber of player this past year, but hopefully with a full offseason of training he can get back to what he was.

McDavid
Matthews
Draisaitl
Crosby
MacKinnon
Point
Barkov
Barzal
Zibanejad

Zibanejad? Please.

He's not better than Aho, Lindholm, Hughes, Bergeron, Eichel, Pettersson, Larkin, Malkin, Tavares, Kadri etc etc.

Putting him 8th is laughable.

A couple of years ago maybe.
But once they win a cup, they age quickly in my mind, where ROR is about 45 now.

No stop it. Im an isles fan but take barzy out of there. He makes the top 15 bc of how dynamic he is but hes in the back end there. And also give mackinnon the respect he deserves and put him in the top 3.

Leon has been at center for years. You're a little behind!

I watch him fairly often and in person. He gets most of his points on the wing. Looks like an elite RW to me

I take Barzal's dynamic, game-breaking talent over a lot of guys whose games are very, very solid and reliable like Aho. I firmly believe that with better teammates and a better system Barzal could've hit 100 points at least once already.

Draisaitl, Crosby and MacKinnon are pretty interchangeable. I gave Draisaitl top-3 since he just came off a Playoff performance where he played injured and was putting up numbers that got him mentioned with someone named Gretzky. MacKinnon was great and he made a conscious effort to play a more responsible game and it worked, but I don't think he was as dominant this year as he was in previous Playoff runs.

So a playoff run is what gets it done for you, really?????? Sorry mackinnon is a lot closer to matthews than he is to crosby/drai.
As for barzal he is really dynamic but he also hasnt done it. If were just talking results he wouldnt crack the top 25. His potential with both better linemates and a better system is what puts him in the top 15 for me. But at a certain point you gotta do something and there are clearly 10 better Cs than him.
