Do you think if the Leafs lose again in the 1st round, the organization as a whole might look to relocate?

leafs have one of the most loyal fan base in the league, they still sold out during the rebuild

I have a feeling if Buffalo didn't want to do the even a pick swap for him there would be takers. Muzzin is still a great D, you just need to be able to grow your young studs.

And you know this how? Dubas moved 13 spots back to dump 3 years of Mrazek. I think Buffalo would jump all over that if he offered it to them, I know the Leafs would have when they were in their own rebuild. The more 1st round picks the better, and it maybe allows you to move up in the first round if your more interested in quality over quantity.

Sabres *might* be willing to take Muzzin for a 1st,
but i highly doubt we’d give anything back

A 1st in 2024 might not even be of all that much interest to us,
considering how we’ve been stacking up picks & prospects

“Maybe” though- maybe

I would like you to go look up his WAR percentile and then get back to me. Is he a top shut down guy like he was? No but by no means is he still not a great D

I don't think Buffalo is 'ready to win'. They still need a couple more years. That being said their prospect pool is looking hella nice lately

He’s not even close to “great”
And it can be argued he isn’t even “good” anymore

And if he was “great” you wouldn’t have to pay a 1st to get rid of him

I don’t think we’re ready to win yet either,
but i think we’ve begun the process to try
And that will continue on next season

So what youre saying, is you haven't look up his metrics? Ok good. get back to me when you do so we can have a conversation .

so youre saying Ryan Mcdonagh is not a great hell even a good D anymore? wow cause he got traded for ... might let me see ... oh thats right, literally noting.

Muzzin is not on the level of Mcdonagh which is why there is pick swaps involved. The market has changed man, even good players don't have value with this low cap.

First off,
put down the analytics & watch the guy play
He’s NOT CLOSE to great

Didn’t say 1 thing about McDonaugh, who CLEARLY plays at a higher level than Muzzin

If Muzzin was “great” then u wouldn’t wanna move him regardless, let alone PAY to move him

Tampa didn’t wanna move on from McDonaugh, they had to bc of Cap reasons- different scenario than the Leafs are dealing with in this ACGM

Muzzin is barely above average, not “great”
Again, that’s LAUGHABLE 🤣🤣🤣

The more picks in the 2023 draft the better. Take out the 2023 2nd and Buffalo may bite. Muzzin is an easy buyout for a 1st rd pick.
