Brett Ritchie had 0 points in his first 24 games and takes way too many penalties. He doesn’t have good puck skills, hockey IQ, shot, defensive ability, play driving, etc. He’s not even much of a fighter lol, he broke his hand getting his ass beat by BoroCop in his only fight last season. He’s just big and throws hits, and he doesn’t even do that noticeably well (2 hits per game is basically what Coleman and Lewis do anyway, but they provide value in other ways lol). Brett Ritchie is the definition of a player who does not deserve to play in the NHL. There is not one useful skill that he brings to a lineup. Like he doesn’t even kill penalties. All he does is make my eyes bleed every time he takes a shift

Pretty much the same thing I would do, except I would take Tufte over Kiviranta. Kivi just hasn't proved he's a reliable NHL player, so I'd probably waive him and send him down.
