It probably has to do with GM Rep. They Don't want to ruin relationships with other teams. It is kinda a sucky thing to do. That's just my idea why tho.

I could understand if he was asking for something around 3.5 x 3, but 2.3 x 3 for sandin is a steal. He’s already worth that.

I think you a pretty bang on with that, reputation, which makes it all the more confusing when GM’s select players like Mailloux or bring back Virtanen but God forbid you sign another teams top prospect that would help you team contend because you are afraid of what the perception would be from said GM.

1. Nic Hague might not be at training camp , not close on a contract

2. 7 X 3 is the most likely contract for Jason Roberson, but at this moment they are not close.

3. Barzal and NYI have started contract talks.
