And even if people don't agree with me.
Is this a way too treat me? Do you think it's write to always act disrespectful towards me? This isn't a "lol" moment.
I'm legitimately sick of all of you and your extremely disrespectful comments. It's gone far enough.

I’m sorry, I didn’t mean any disrespect. I really like you on this site as a contributor. I was just kidding.

You running Clifford-Jarnkrok-Simmonds on your 3rd line then? 💀💀

Clifford and Simmonds wont be third liners

Cliff goes to waivers and Simmonds most likely press box and we see some temporary graduates. Robertson-Jarnkrok-Holmberg or its Robertson-Jarnkrok-Malgin

Who has the best fourth line in the league

If we were talking last year, my bias would say Columbus (Robinson - Kuraly - Texier). Now, i'd say Caps (Sheary - Dowd - Hathaway).

Habs, may. Not be the best, but it's one of the best
If everyone healthy
Monohan - Dach - Caufield
Drouin - Suzuki - Gallagher
Dadonov - Dvorak - Anderson
Pitlick - Evans - Hoffman / Armia / Byron

Monahan- Dach- Caufield is definitely a good fourth line

“I just remember how I play against Leafs,” Samsonov said. “I go to the bench after first period all three games. Everybody know this is the best team. Best team to score lots of goals.”- Ilya Samsonov

If you can’t beat them. Join them. Also this is the funniest response to why you choose a team

If you guys are talking about which 4th line has the best chemistry- Bolts
But if you're saying who features the best players on 4th line- Habs are around the top imo

I mean, we don’t even know who would be on the 4th line, apart from Evans, we have no idea what type of 4th line we’d be rolling, also, for me, a 4th line shouldn’t be offensive minded ( they should be hard working, annoying to play against and good defensively, like a Maroon-Bellemare-Perry type of line ) so we definitely don’t have one of the best 4th lines, whatever MSL decides to roll with

Hoffman being on the 4th line defeats the purpose of a fourth line

Obviously they're not 3rd liners, that's my whole point. But throwing a couple rookies to the wolves isn't great either. None of the combinations you've mentioned are better than the "4th" line, which probably just makes it your 3rd line anyway. I really don't think much of Gaudette, Malgin, Abruzzese, Clifford, Simmonds, etc. at all. I wouldn't want any of them in the starting lineup.

Hoffman is either on the 3rd line or scratched, there’s no way he’s on the 4th line ( or used in a 4th line role, he’s a shooter and PP specialist )

He should be scratched. Do you know how many time Cole was open on the pp last year but instead he took the shot himself. He doesn’t play d. You don’t need Hoffman anymore. I’d rather have Gally play over him. At least he lays the body. Cole is your sniper on the pp now. Cole is your Hoffman but better.

Monahan-Dach-Caufield combined averaged less than 30 points last season. Seems like reasonable bottom 6 production

Hoffman is a great shooter himself
That I trust him with what to do on the pp

Seattle and Minnesota could have some fun fourth lines to watch this year.

Kraken could put Shane Wright with either Alex Wennberg or Joonas Donskoi and either Jayden Schwartz or Ryan Donato; would be awesome if it was Tanev but I think he plays the 3rd line.

Wild (pending any upcoming trades) look to have a spot for Marco Rossi between either Dewar/Beckman and Duhaime/Steel; if its all the rookies together that could be explosive.

When fully healthy the Bruins could have a 4th line of Foligno-Frederic-Studnicka

To give my two cents on the fourth line discussion.

Fourth line is usually considered to consist of players that are tough opposition to play against. They compete hard, and it's an advantage if they can be physical too. Ideally they're also defensively responsible. Key thing is that while they might lack in terms of scoring ability, they still need to boost up the mentality for their actual scoring lines to make sure they can put up results when it's needed.

I think WSH's and TB's fourth lines excel in this form of game. To the same extent where the Isles fourth line did in the bubble playoffs and 2021 ones too, they were praised for a reason.

You don't make a solid fourth line by putting the random players there that simply don't fit higher in the lineup. That's more just ditching the whole idea of the fourth line completely, and filling up the slots with players that are of different sort of expertise. I think @Ducharmethedominator 's idea of putting Pitlick-Evans-Hoffman as the "fourth line" represents this idea far more than @NovaSpartan 's shout of Sheary-Dowd-Hathaway does.

Personally, I would 100% choose the WSH's fourth line over MTL's "fourth line."

Ones I like are:

ANA
Max Jones/Derek Grant/Sam Carrick

LAK
Brendan Lemieux/Blake Lizotte/Carl Grunstrom

MIN
Connor Dewar/Frederick Gaudreau/Brandon Duhaime

NYI
Matt Martin/Casey Cizikas/Cal Clutterbuck

NJD
Miles Wood/Michael Mcleod/Nathan Bastian

SEA
Brandon Tanez/Moran Geekie/Jonas Donskoi

TBL
Patrick Maroon/Pierre-Edouard Bellemere/Corry Perry

VGS
William Carrier/Nic Roy/Keegan Kolesar

Pretty certain that Freddy Gaudreau is the 3C in Minnesota playing with Boldy and most likely Jost (until he is done filling in for Greenway out due to injury). That's per Dean Evason recently. Process of elimination means the Wild 4th line is some combination of Dewar, Beckman, Rossi, Petan, Duhaime, and Steel
