From what I have been hearing from Boston, they are very high on Chytil. To me, seeing how Chytil played in the playoffs (on the renowned “kid-line”), if he continues to play like that he will price himself out of NY and that would be more than a fair price for him.

Pick is even out the players... Nils is a top 4 defenseman in the NHL there is no question about it and that is why he wants out from NY since he sees that he will not beat Trouba, Fox or Schneider for that spot. Mysak is still an enigma. He has played well in the WJC, but that is about it, he has high potential but also a lot of downside still. Also, the conditions are purely performance based, so I don't see why MTL would not take that deal.

There's no need for him to come back for anything. You're literally the one who proposed Kravstov coming to SJ and he (correctly) thinks that what you have proposed here is crazy. If you don't like the 4th offer, rescind the trade proposal. SJ's not interested in giving up anything more for Kravstov. It's not a fit, SJ won't give up anything other than a 4th.

Salary cap is projected to be 83.5 million in 2023-24. From everything the NHL has said, we've got one more year of the 1 million cap increases, then in 2024-25 or 25-26 escrow debt will be paid off and the cap will start taking big jumps again

Mysak had been playing above his peers and still putting up close to ppg or better numbers since he was 12 years old. How is his recent WJC tournament "about all he has done" you seriously need to take another look at his stats and performances if you think that.

The cap won’t go up by 3mil just to help the Rangers. Especially since the cap jump isn’t supposed to theoretically take place until 2024-25 or 2025-26. So you might as well start saying goodbye to one of Miller or Laf, as they are prime offer sheet candidates and could end up pricing themselves out of NY.

He is!
we have little to no use for Krav and wouldn't give give up more than a 4th.
he may be worth more to someone else but sharks are looking at another 2 poor years before we are able to rebound and start building a playoff contender.
we have a bunch of below value contracts who we need to move or wait till they expire so we can start bringing up younger cheaper better players and by the time we would be playoff worthy Krav will likely be gone.

with the Escrow account expected to be close to paid off by the middle to end of the 23/24 season I could see a 2 mil bump in 23/24 and then a 5-6 mil bump for the 24/25 season.
but were still in a wait and see scenario here.

In what world is he worth three picks, one of them in the 2nd round when he has done literally nothing at the nhl level and hasn’t been able to hold down an nhl roster spot? He wasn’t good in the little nhl work, wasn’t good in the ahl time he had. The only success he has had is in Russia with a larger ice sheet.

His name has not even been mentioned in Boston and he’s not worth a 2nd and 3rd at this point. Boston needs draft capital more than they need mid roster talent.
