I see no reason to move Ryan. He was a good veteran and decent depth player last season and may be so again.

Agreed, I'd have Devin Shore or McLeod at 4C and Janmark at 4LW with RNH or Holloway at 3C. I'd also have JP or Yams at 3RW, Hyman should be in Top-6 before those 2

No need to Trade Ryan, unless it's for a Prospect, which SEA likely wouldn't do. Ryan's an Experienced Veteran who can play C or RW, but most importantly Kills Penalties and Wins Faceoffs
