Lauko annihilated the Devils kid in a fight. Landing some nasty shots. If he’s not gonna score, nice to see some grit. Paired with his speed, he could be a depth guy. Wait and see if he can rediscover his scoring touch from two seasons ago.

End of the second frame. 2-2 game. More physical than the first frame. MVP of that period was definitely Beecher. All over the ice, scored a goal. Great game from him so far.

Also, Lysell looked like he belonged on the kill unit. His defense was a point on contention when he was drafted. He put in a lot of work on the defensive end last year. It went to good use.

Good to see Lysell mixing it up in front of net with the larger Okhotyuk and holding his own.

Edward loses the fight against Okhotyuk and gets ejected. Now it’s a tie game in score and in scraps lol

Nice recovery by Brunet after trying to gather in an errant pass by Berglund. Had to hold off Stillman whilst getting a puck out of his skates

Hall has a wide open opportunity on the right hash mark. Isn’t fast enough to transition towards the net and he’s boxed out
