Kenny really put us in a bind here. We may have to run a 21 man roster regardless, but would have been better off if we hadnt signed Janmark as McLeod is far more important to this team.

Janmark could be stashed in the minors if needed, with a minimal cap penalty. I don't think it's a big issue really. McLeod may have to take less than $1M on a 1 year deal. Playing Malone, McKegg or Benson over Shore saves $87-100k too.
