We could easily offer sheet Sandin for $4,000,000 per for a measly 2nd round pick. No way are we giving up our 2023 1st round pick in a deep draft.

Detroit already has over 10 LHD within in their organization, So Sandin is the very last player we need. And besides Sandin is less than 6'0" So Yzerman would pass right there as he wants a big blueline not small blueline.
