Not much chance Winnipeg moves Pionk when the best piece coming back is an LD prospect they don't need.

I absolutely love the "sky is falling" posts by other Stars fans.

As someone who knows there's a 0% chance of him going anywhere, it's wildly entertaining to watch the fanbase melt down.

Okay, if I'm wrong. Lay out your case why it makes sense for Winnipeg to trade one of only 2 right hand shot defenseman for yet another LD prospect and players they don't need.

I'd imagine you won't reply, because you don't have a reason and didn't think it through. You just made they typical 4 quarters for a dollar proposal.

No I didn't think it through. You're right, I'll give you that.

I've just never seen you give any constructive criticism on this site, just a very negative and condescending individual.

But in this case, fine, you're right. Winnipeg has no room for Harley.

I think you just confuse realism with negativity. My post did provide constructive criticism. I said the Jets won't trade Pionk for an LD they don't need. Meaning you would have to give Winnipeg something they actually need to entice them to move Pionk.

Which isn't condescending at all. Just realistic.

HABS are not doing that trade. Too many prospects that they will develop internally.

Did you see what Chicago got for CAT, I think you need to scrap that trade

Cat is a couple years older and is 5'7, Robertson is 6'3

Trade Robertson to some other team, don't save MTL from the Anderson contract.
I would move him to ARI or ANA instead, if it has come to that
And yes their first 2023 is still looked as a top 5 at least, it is a step price.

Because DAL has now traded their 2023 1st away they can't afford to take so many steps backwards.

We'd be giving up a potentially high 2024 1st for Rags (since the 2023 pick is protected).

Size doesn`t mean anything if you can put the puck in the net. You don`t get extra picks or prospects by the inch. LOL

You literally do. 40 goal scoring, big power forwards are more valuable than 40 goal scoring midgets. Why do you think Caufield fell in the draft? Size matters.

but size does help come playoff time, even if a lil bit.
a fair trade imo would be, even tho i wouldnt do it, is 2023 first from panthers, anderson, barron and kidney. although both guhle and barron are untouchables. really tho its just unrealistic.
but i def would do 2 firsts (panthers 2023 and flames 2025), anderson, and kidney.

i agree on that, in playoffs, who's gonna get the puck in corners if u a 5'7 guy. a 6'3 40 goals guy is def more valuable than a 5'7 40 (hopefully) goals guy.

As good as Robertson is, he's not worth 4 1st round picks + 2 assets.

Habs are rebuilding, they aren't in a position of trading prospects and picks for one player, especially that they aren't one Robertson close from being contenders.

It kinda funny...but I do agree with him on this one. We are not moving our best RD for a LD prospect

Who got the puck out of the corner and passed to Toffoli for the game winner against Winnipeg in the palyoffs and eliminated them. Oh!!! That`s right!! It was CAUFIELD!!! Nothing else to add.
