It’s been on twitter for days. They offered Stralman a PTO. He has not made a decision on wether or not to accept it.

It's false. Ty Anderson tweeted it and for some reason, the writer assumed he was signed but it's not the case. Stralman has only been offered a PTO, did not sign it yet.

I’m talking about what he said in Pastranak, on the video when you open it. I know Stralman not signed, it’s Pastranak. When I get a chance I will post the video

When you click on it a video will come up on it, I know yall may think that its not and its just his opinion, but when Sweeny was being Very suspicious yesterday on it, it made me think and a few others, that maybe a deal was getting close if not done and it has too be put through the league, like the Bergeron and Krejci deals that it would happen which reportedly took a while to get through the league.

We'll see. I believe it will announced before the beginning of the regular season like McAvoy last year.
