People short form words in all aspects of life, to make things easier or out of laziness. Another example is we say LA instead of Los Angeles. Tampa is the short form of Tampa Bay.

As for the cap space. They accept Holl + the 1st and then they put Holl on Waivers and he likely gets claimed. Or they keep him and his 2m cap because someone got hurt and they can make it work. 1st + Holl for nothing is just absurd. Tampa would accept it and figure out the rest after wards.

Lazy for sure. Can't argue that. As for Disrespectful... That's a you problem and not a real problem. There are definitely things in the world to feel disrespected by.
