It will probably take Topi as the prospect to help get Chych.
Sandin and the 1st are the only promising pieces of your deal, and that's at about only half of AZ's want.

Even just 1 year of Kane is still worth more than that, and I would assume wherever he goes will have conditional 1st(s) for a re-sign potential

Both Arizona and Chicago pass big time, Neither trade is remotely in the ballpark for either player.
