If Pasta came with a sign and trade deal locking him up long term for less than UFA money, I could see a deal like this happening. Hats off to OP for proposing our 2024 1st, knowing that our 2023 1st is an untouchable pick.

As a rental though, Anaheim would have no reason to buy.
