Description

To me, a perfect scenario for the Pens is if Poulin, DOC, Puustinen and Zohorna are all able to form a strong 4th line.

They can keep a lot of options to shuffle the deck and left with a nice amount of cap space for a deadline move.

I thought they could use a defensively responsible bottom six center, but ok. That's why I made the note about other teams if not OTT.

Pens decline all. Blueger isnt getting moved for nothing less than a 2nd and 4th. Hes underrated and is like Andrew Copp. POJ can get a 2nd as well. I'd rather have Blueger in over Zahorna. Keep Blueger along with Puustinen and Poulin

If you move Teddy you have to replace 12+ 5v5 and 2+ minutes shorthanded every night. Poulin and Puustinen are not replacing that. DOC is the most NHL ready out of the 4 listed, but I'd rather him on a line with Teddy and have Poehling, Archibald and whoever in the AHL.
