in what world does Colorado give up their LD2 for an RD with no timetable for return, a 33 year old winger they don't need, a 2025 1st, and a 4th? Insane to see Habs fans in here acting like it would be a bad move for Montreal, if Colorado accepted this garbage pile for Girard you take it and run, even if you "don't need" him

COL isn’t doing that and you know it. Hoffman has no real value, to anyone, who knows when Edmundsen plays, so COL is trading a top 4 dman locked up long term on a good contract for a pick in 3 years and a bunch of crap. That seems realistic.
