Why would the Wild help the Rags out and take a prospect who hasn’t panned out, and move out Rossi, who has 1C upside? Pretty stupid move for the Wild.

@AFox23

Why would we trade Kakko? He's probably going to play top line w/ us this yr. I get that maybe try Laf on top but if we move out Kakko that 2nd line gets a bit worse.

They're the same age and Rossi didn't even make his club out of camp last year while Kakko has played in the league from the jump. Rossi has upside while Kakko doesn't? He's got 58 more NHL points.

Minnesota declines every trade but one. Imagine thinking Minnesota is giving up anything for a d they don't need. They aren't giving up Rossi for a Winger they don't need. They don't need to trade jost , 2nd round pick and prospect for ld they don't need

I love the Dumba trade, but doubt it’s realistic.

I would do the Roy trade in a heartbeat!

The other 2…no chance!

Dude wild aren't giving up their top c prospect for a Winger they don't need. Obviously not every prospect makes a roster 1st year, so no. Wild , a worst C team aren't giving up a top one for a third line Winger

I don’t think you understand quite how untouchable Podkolzin is on this team. This team loves him to death and added players from Russia partially for him. He’s basically untouchable

Canucks tell you to take a hike. He is projected to be our best winger in a couple years from now

I like Rossi, but where is he going to play? Chytil has the 3rd line. The top 3 C are already set in stone. Don't think Rossi should be a 4th line C.
Also for in my book Kakko is the more clear prospect. He is at worst solid top 9 with some strength and skill to his game.
But a top 9 of Othmann - Rossi - Blais/ Vesey would be an intriguing line, I would still prefer to keep Kakko for now.

I am not surprised an account named AFox tries to make a MIN thread sneaking in dumping KK for Rossi lmfao
