Description

I'm surprised no one has talked about trading Gurianov. Yes, I understand he's an RFA and he's pretty young, but he's basically an average middle-6 player, and it's clear Robertson is the better player and is only going up. Dallas needs money, so I wouldn't expect a huge return, but Dallas probably won't need to worry about paying. I'm sure Gurianov could get, like, a 4th or a 5th for this scenario (think Bjorkstrand).

Is this ideal? No. But the way I see it, better to sign the significantly better player and solidify their spot on your roster than the risk him walking away.

I'm ready to get torn to bits. :)

I’d take Gurianov for a 5th for Anaheim honestly. Could be a solid bottom 6 LW if Jones’s injury spikes again. Low risk but reasonable pay off if Gurianov bounces back with Anaheim
