dont see anyone trading a 23 year old 40 goal scorer. Even if the owner is mad about having to pay him just dont see any scenario where the habs would make an offer that the stars would be willing to accept.

i dont think wes overvalued Dach, they made a calculated play and gave up Romanov an LD they dont really need given whats coming up their pipeline and a 3rd and a 4th but they had so many picks going into the draft. That being said i dont think the above offer is enough to get Robertson either.

Would probably start by replacing Dach and Mailloux with a better forward prospect and one of Ghule or Barron to even start a conversation. Habs probably have no interest in that but thats a whole other issue.
