IMHO, Xhekaj could make the team. He's playing better than Barron RN (so is Harris). Ghule has also looked good on D.

Slafkovsky should start in the AHL (or play a few games with the big club and then get sent down), as he does need more time to adjust to the NA ice.

Emil Heineman has looked good as well. I thought he had a great game yesterday with a few great chances. He seemed to be around the puck most shifts.
Poehling and Minimont liked this.

NHL ready : Jordan Harris, Kaiden Guhle
1 year away : Jesse Ylonen, Raphael Harvey-Pinard
1 1/2 year away : Juraj Slafkovsky, Emil Heineman
2 year away : Arber Xhekaj, Gianni Fairbrother, Owen Beck
3+ years away : Jan Mysak, Filip Mesar, Riley Kidney, Joshua Roy, William Trudeau

Norlinder will be a bust, he can't adapt to small surfaces ... he will be good in Europe on big surfaces tho
He was always seen as a boom or bust prospect ... dissapointing, I was high on him

Primeau needs a full season in the AHL
Vrbetic is so bad
Montembeault is bad
Allen is good
