Not a terrible proposal. Add a first or just replace Beckman with Rossi

Huh? Not a chance that's even close to comparable value. Also, he doesn't fit into our cap moving forward. Next year is when the buyouts hit $14.7 million and we have to pay Boldy. I've run the numbers several different ways and we'd basically have to fill out 5 roster spots with players making less than $1 million to barely scrape by under the cap with no wiggle room for any injuries.

I'm totally fine with that. I'd rather have the picks, Beckman/Rossi, and enough cap room to function than dig ourselves deeper into cap hell to add Boeser.
