    I like the Girardi for Niemi trade. Although, Dallas would probably add a mid round pick as well.

    Cant Keep all 3 of Marner, Matthews, and Nylander in the future.... Might as well get a top D man while you still can

    They dont have to worry for 2 years and even then have control with RFA and even then they could get a better defenseman

    I bet you they can. They don't have many significant long term contracts that will prevent this. They will lock them up long term. If you think that McDonagh is good enough to ask Marner one for one, give your head a shake. The leafs aren't Edmonton.

    Kreider isn't a need in Winnipeg and Raanta isn't enough upgrade on the Goaltender position for Cheveldayoff too trade Trouba for. Winnipeg needs LD help why can't people understand that.
