Ottawa needs a defenceman, not a winger.

Every team has six "Joey Andersons". Doubt if any wants this AHLer. Steeves played LW as Marlie...doubt if the Leafs want to have him a starting centre in the NHL. I like Engvall but unless team has real need at LW, they aren't giving up a pick for him, same with Dman Holl. Virtually every team is cap strapped.

Detroit passes.

We already have better players within our system better than Joey Anderson.

Not paying a 3rd for a 4th liner, Sens pass on Engvall.

Do Leaf fans really think that losing Holl AND Engvall and more is better than moving one guy (Kerfoot)?

Kerfoot is the best of that bunch, but your team depth is pretty atrocious after that, and you're looking at a really suspect defense AND goaltending with Giordano, Benn (already on LTIR) and Muzzin logging lots of minutes/and Liljegren/sandin were 7th/8th in icetime among Leafs dmen last year and are not guarantees to jump in their development (not to mention the leafs went out and acquired and played top 4 minutes in Giordano and Lyubushkin to play a more stay at home/physical brand). So while kerfoot is the best player, I think Holl is probably needed more as a quality 7th. Leafs need to worry about their goaltending/defense, not the offense
