not sure you know edmonton cap situation but currently they will probably be running a 21 man roster to start the season. this trade puts them about another 1.4 M over the cap.... so not happening based on money.

also not happening as they like mcleod at 800K he is a great fit at 3C

I agree with the other guys, and also, we are giving up the two better players in Puljujarvi, and McLeod. I don’t see how this would work for the oilers. I believe right now Puljujarvi, and McLeod are better than Blueger, and Kapanen, and they definitely will be down the road too.
