Perfetti PLD Lambert line would be sick

Created by: Z0ra
Team: 2022-23 Winnipeg Jets
Initial Creation Date: Oct. 6, 2022
Published: Oct. 6, 2022
Salary Cap Mode: Basic
Description
At most Lambert will be playing nine games. But if he ends up sticking around in the NHL, these are what my lines would look like.

If he sticks with the Moose, he should be on the top line with Chaz. Lambert's playmaking matches up really well with Chaz's goal-scoring.

After what Bowness said after the game yesterday, it’s highly likely lambert is assigned to the moose.

He’ll probably get his 9 games in at some point.

Agreed. The door will open, as someone in the top 6 is bound to miss games this season. Lambert just needs to make sure he is the next man up.

I know I am not a Jets fan but Lambert was one of my preferred picks if the Habs had landed in the 5-8 spot last year. I think he was severely underrated. From what I remember about him he is primarily a center, with great speed and capable of stickhandling at those high speeds. Not many players can do that and those who can often become great to elite setup guys. Reminds me of Drouin but with none of the injury/mental health issues. Hope he works out for you guys better than Drouin did for us.

I had him at 13th on my draft board before the draft. If I were to make a redraft as of now, Lambert would be my No. 2. He's been playing that great, better than Wright and Slafkovsky.

I love the enthusiasm of Lambert and I think he gets his 9 games (at some point throughout the year), but best thing for his development and the jets asset management is to be in the AHL, getting top line minutes in all situations
