IMO Harris is better than Bjornfot, I don’t know if LA are still high on Tobias. If they aren’t, Harris could challenge Edler for the 3LHD spot. Edler could be #7 depending how he plays

Harris showed good things, IMO only Guhle played to his level. But Arber Xhekaj is a surprise and Marty St-Louis likes him a lot. Harris (if not traded) will probably start the season with Matheson on his offside. Maybe a swap for Jordan Spence who is a RHD would make sense for both teams

too early for top pair for guhle, i love the kid but this could hurt his confidence and progression if he has to face the best players full time

It’s either Guhle-Savard or Matheson-Harris (or in this case Spence)

i dont know him personally and dont know anything about his mental, but he looks like the kind of player who could be baptized in the fire, that being said either u commit and make him play 20-22 mins all year or u shelter him

Trading Harris means implicitly not signing Struble... I think the Habs would regret trading Harris. He has not peaked... Give him 2 years in the NHL to see what he's got and then deal him if Guhle/Xhekaj/Hutson are all living up to expectations.

Hutson probably won’t even have an ELC signed in 2 years
Harris played 4 years in the NCAA
Hutson should play 3 years in the NCAA or 2 years there and after bringing him in the AHL
Struble is probably signing no matter what happens

Kovacenic isn’t a NHLer and won’t have a future on our blueline
We are not taking Valimaki, I would be mind blown if they does
Jordan Spence is good and LA have a lot of RHD NHL capable : Dougthy Roy Durzi Spence and Brandt Clarke coming soon
They have Mikey Anderson on the Left side but it’s thin after that. Moverave & Bjornfot but they brought back Edler and Walker playing his offside
