My position is consistent IF he did what he's being accused of lock him up and throw away the key, but prove it first. I know a person who was been falsely accused of sexual assault luckily it was easy to prove. When the alleged assault happened in Clearwater Florida and you can prove you were on a US Naval ship between San Diego California and Pearl Harbor Hawaii.
