FWIW I drafted last in a 10 team league
Was also supposed to have Saros but a damn auto-drafter took 2 Goalies with their first 2 picks creating a huge high end goalie shortage. So i decided to maximise the rest of my roster and go for value picks in the 17th,18th, and 20th round.

Also had to deal with that autodrafter in that I had to draft a few players a bit higher than I wanted to (Beniers was insanely overvalued but i believe in him)

That being said, would this team look better with saros over Rantanen?

Depends on the scoring but I don't think moving Jarvis and Ekblad helps you at all. Your offense will probably make up for the weaker goaltending you may have, although i'm high on Swayman and Thompson this season.
