I don't think the acquisition of Jeannot moves the needle for us in anyway, going up against Toronto let alone Boston was going to be an extreme uphill battle. Only way Tampa wins if Vasy figures out how to play behind the atrocious defence the team displays

I'm gonna be honest I don't know much about Eyssimont, but some people seem pretty high on him. Does he get into the lineup? And if so, over who? Is it possible for it to be anyone other than Bellemare?

I think he gets in the lineup maybe next year. I'm guessing JBB goes for a depth d to fill Foote's spot after Eyssimont goes to Syracuse.

There was a lot of hyping of Raddysh before the game, but we saw why I haven't really mentioned him this year (considering his standout offensive numbers). He can move the puck shoot it, but he's not our depth answer for the playoffs as his actual defense is just okay at the AHL level.

JBB needs to have been on the phones tonight. Raddysh is not an answer for defensive depth, and with Cernak hurt yet again, a move for a dman must be made. Eyssimont needs to be in asap, as Maroon and Bellemare are not cutting it. Trade Myers or Fleury and add a dman or trade both and grab one more 4th line F like Dickinson(or give Balcers a chance).

Pretty big fail for Tampa this deadline. Not addressing a pathetic dcorp probably locks up a long Summer break for them. Very disappointing given what was available and what was paid for Tanner Jeannot. Should've imo focused on the McCabe/Lafferty package and then used the extra picks saved for someone like Bjugstad/Ritchie/Greenway maybe.
