Barrie is better than drouin and plays a position the organization is weak on sooo that's a pass all day long twice on Sundays.

I seen the defense the Montreals icing, u guys need every NHL defenseman you can get, but right now the Oilers need Barrie a heck of a lot more then they need Drouin considering Barrie is a RD and that is the Oilers weakness at the moment

If Chicago is taking on Cap dumps i hope they find a better deal than a 4th four Janmark. Chicago has Benn there and Doan that with Janmark already.

Its almost like Montreal has two D on IR and aren't trying to compete this year. But yes, it makes perfect sense to acquire a now 3rd pair PP specialist under contract for next year and give up a pick and prospect for that.
