Ottawa declines. We have no need for those pieces. You'd need to overpay for a 1st line RW that isn't available but this isnt enough.

Two years of Toffoli at 4.2m is great value but 5 years of Batherson at 4.9 might end up being one of the best contracts in the league. Would take more than Coronato and a 1st to make up that difference.
