Can Horvat play wing? He has broken 30 goals multiple times and isn’t much older than Beau.

    He’s not a good winger + he’s pretty slow.

Not trading Bo for a player whose best year is equal to Bo's worst year unless NYI add early round picks.

Idk that he’s slow, but I agree it’s not a great fit

Horvat is a shooter and he’s very good on the PP (in the bumper spot) - but he’s a 3rd line caliber player at 5v5. Most of his value comes from the PP. With the isles new system this would make the isles worse because they’d lose one of their best skaters/transition forwards

I’ve really liked the isles thru two games tbh. Even against Florida, they looked very solid. Bob just played very very well. Only forwards I’m worried about r Parise and Palmieri. Rest of the team has looked solid.

That’s a poor description of Bo. First, he’s not slow. Second, throughout his career he has played as a matchup centre against the top line and faired well. Probably one of the top face off players in the league.

Having said all that, I agree that he’s not the best passer

He isn't slow. He is a pretty good skater. I think part of the reason he hasn't been good at 5v5 is because he has been glued together with fourth liners for most of his career. Can't go far when Roussel, Eriksson, Goldobin, and Baertschi are constant staples on your line

Poolman and two picks should get Jason's attention.
While Tucker has an AVV of $2,500,000 for three years, he is actually due $8,250,000 over that period.
Regardless, Buffalo could use a third RHD, Karmanos should say yes.

Lamberts system is much better than Trotz. I think they’ve played well the past two games, the D have the skating and skill to create odd man rushes.

I’m not worried about Parise or Palmieri in general, they just shouldn’t be playing with Barzal. They can’t get open for clean looks in the offensive zone.

I worded that poorly. He’s not a bad skater, he just plays slow. Not very good in transition. He’s just a shooter at 5v5. He doesn’t do anything else above average.
