Hawks decline. Just let Dylan strome go for free. Not about to trade for another Dylan stome.

I feel like Buffalo would want more in the Jokiharju trade, seems like a solid top 4D. Maybe a mid round pick and a b-level prospect for Jokiharju.

I doubt they move any of those players for just picks. Picks are the last thing they need. If they make a trade they should aim to be upgrading specific positions (RD and G specifically)

I really like olofsson, wouldn't move him for that. Jokiharju is worth more than that, plus our depth at right d is so thin that trading him for any kind of futures, let alone a meh 4th rounder- that's no go territory. And I'm not a jokiharju backer. Mittelstadt is too hard to evaluate right now. He's got a season to put up some crooked numbers and prove that he belongs at center in the NHL. Maybe he gets moved to wing, where he won't have the same responsibilities as a center, but his value likely takes a hit at the same time. And I bet johnson walks next August, which is fine, we will get a 2nd round pick as compensation which is likely more than he returns in trade.

I can't say whether or not the Pens trade is fair or not, because it's a season and a half from now. No idea what the Pens forward situation will be like or how Olofsson will be performing, but why would you look to move him?
