I don't hate the trade and would probably do it if I were the Kings. They get two younger pieces and a 1st round pick. Jake had a really crappy year, maybe a change of scenery helps him.

Even though it may expose K Miller (VGN would essentially be choosing Kevan or Colin Miller, and I'm guessing they go K), I love that trade idea...I want Kevan Miller on this team after his play to end the year - his physical nature, ability to play either the left or right side 3rd pairing D man, would be tough to lose in the expansion draft, Muzzin could be a special add. Cheap salary for 3 more years as he plays through his prime, and who knows Colin Miller could still be the VGN target after all.

Agreed. Though BOS could offer a 2018 draft pick to take Colin Miller or better yet, Beleskey. Assuming of course the ARI deal is off the table or tweaked with other players.
