Apparently the money is a problem. No cap space. Harris has been great so far, he's ready to compete now.

I would accept that offer as the Kings GM. But I'd feel guilty about taking Harris -- he could have waited a few months after finishing his university years and signed with any team, but he chose Montreal because he obviously had his heart there.
