Why are we acting like Vlassic has anything but negative value?? He likely costs a 1st+ per year if he is to be dumped somewhere

San Jose is the favorite for #1 overall in 2023 (as of today). Its that pick plus Vlasic for a future undetermined pick (Arizona's 2024 1st, which will probably be pretty good pick)

In other words, San Jose is giving up an 18.5% chance at Bedard (or 100% chance of Bedard/Michkov/Fantilli) if they finish there.

I don't see Arizona doing it...just because of the actual $$$$$. And I don't see Vlasic doing it either, meaning waving his NMC. Going to worse team, the leagues worse travel schedule, and just moving from his home.
