Description

- who knew that the NYR pick would be the one with more value going into the draft.
- One good thing, it is the right season to be really awful.
- goalies look much more human the start of this season.
- just trying to get something going, anything.
- team keeps losing with Blais in the lineup. Last year they played bad but won because of Igor Shesterkin, but it doesn't seem to be the case this year.
- Can we please give up on Goodrow and Blais and playoffs.
- Not so much a bad team, just a playing bad team.
- here's to 2023/24 with Othmann in the lineup and hopefully a decent C prospect, and hopefully playing better as a team.
- Put Halak on Waviers and callup 'Louis Domingue' or 'Dylan Garand'

They are 6 games into the season and have 3 wins and a tie. Yeah, they have not played well the last few games, but its been SIX games.

yes, let's end the season after 6 games and give up on the playoffs, where we went 3-2-1 and have looked better analytically than the start of last season

let's throw Blais is the garbage, the guy who just returned for being out for almost a year with an ACL injury

let's give up on Halak after two games, when one was the 2nd half of a back to back where our defense looked absolutely rubbish

let's not try anything like recalling Rydahl, mixing up the lines a little, maybe just waiting for the revamped bottom 6 to begin to mesh.

never said Blais was bad, just said that the team is when he is in the lineup.
to me we can keep the faith for as long as u want. If we keep losing then we get a good pick in the draft.
If they manage to turn it around great.
I was clear thou in the description... it is not a bad team, just a team playing badly.

yes six games, but last season they had one bad game and they came back the next one.
This year it hasn't been that way. They follow up a bad game with a even worse one.
And you have to admit that is quite worrying trend, no?

That's not true at all, they didn't always bounce back. They were actually pretty terrible throughout, up until the trade deadline. This year, they've been a better team, just give them some time. I'm not worried at all.

Not saying they are bad, just bad contracts. Especially Goodrow. And I been on the fence that they will play playoff and I stand by that. And will be very happy if I am wrong of course.

Baffling? I wouldn't say Baffling, concerning maybe. But seems like the division is going to be extremely tough with Philly playing extremely well. So there is PIT, CAR, and NJD playing good now after a slow start. So I just wish the team played with some urgency. It is going to be tough to climb, once they get going.

It has only been 6 games, not a big enough sample size to make any judgements yet. They had a few bad games in a row, true, but there is no need to panic. They are still a young team and have a few new pieces in the line up line Trocheck and Kravstov and Jones, and even Blais since he missed almost all of last season. Got to give it a little time. I mean they are 3-2-1, not 0-6.
