Maybe...just have no idea what a fair return would be...Chibrikov is basically a first...It comes down to how well those two play this year I guess...

Leafs easily decline, you're not getting Sasmonov, especially for that cheap nor do the Leafs want to even move him. Package starts with a first and a top end prospect just for the Leafs to even consider. He has been the only reason why we're in these games and is giving us a chance to win. Leafs will be extending him after the season

Samsonov expires as an RFA and if his level of play stays the same or just under where he’s at now leafs definitely keep him unless it’s a severe overpay like you have proposed.

I know it's early but I will be pissed if we moved away from him unless it's an overpay. Only signing I have liked so far. If he was a UFA, there is no way he is re-signing with us

JT at the deadline with 50% retention should get a late 1st and something else. A price a lot of contending teams would pay
