There's no way NJ gives Marino instead of Severson. If Marino is in then take out the 2 2nds.

Fair enough lol, but I just don't see how it would make sense on Jersey side to give up the 25 yo who is locked when Marner only has 3 years on his contract.

If/when NJD extends Severson, can talk about Marino then. In the meantime, probably better to switch Marino to Severson in these types of trades.

And put Muzzin to LTIR (so they can retain Marner).

Ok I woke up this morning to leafs wanting to rade Marner, Why? What happened last night that leafs fans suddenly want him gone? Can someone explain that to me cause I am really confused. I get they blew at 2 goal lead and have lost to the worst teams in the eluge, but why Marner? Thats all I want to know. Thanks in advance!

The Devils are humming along right now. They will not subtract to add a superfluous piece. They need goaltending and /maybe/ better netfront finish.
