Quoting: Caufield
Thank you for your time and reply. Yes I do agree the Caufield Suzuki Dach line will most likely stay as is for a while
Longterm for 1 reason only
Dach run's the Blue Line in the Offensive Zone
He's gotten more pucks in smoothly giving MTL more OZ ice time then we used to get off Petry.
Not quite as good as Weber but he was no where near as Feared/Respected either commanding that space.
He makes it look so easy too and he's the only person in MTL who can do it from a standstill as Anderson needs a run at it as does Ghule and Hoffman.
While Suzuki and Caufield can in theory do such things as seen in the past their production goes up a lot when they dont have to as seen in the Post Dach world.
More players Pinch to try to stop Dach while creating space for either Caufield or Suzuki they'd normally not be given.
Its Typical Glenn Anderson Hockey.
It'll Never get you the Appreciation of the fans as a Top Line guy or even a player fans Remember longterm
But it could win you 6 stanley cups on 2 teams and a HOF entry as a player everyone seems to undervalue and forget about except Players ,Management and Hockey Writers.
