Toronto would have a couple million in cap space if they wanted to add a free agent to the bottom six. I just filled those holes with prospects for now.
Not sure on the Bunting contract. I gave him Hyman money but a little less term as this team could be anywhere from contender to lottery team at that time depending.

For what Toronto gets, two firsts and a good prospect for an upgrade in goal, on d and forward I don't think it's ridiculous. I feel this team would get over the hump compared to right now they are barely looking like a playoff team. Toronto also paid a first for Nick Foligno, a first to dump one year of Marleau and made a couple not great signings. It's more of a last pitch effort to get this team to the next level.
