I'm not sure if the Canucks want to move Kuzmenko, but this is a good deal.

Kuzmenko isn't that valuable and Luke Schenn spent 2 years as a healthy scratch. HIs value to TB is that nada. They let him walk for NOTHING.

If it's at the deadline than defensive depth is always a good thing. Kuzmenko has 7 goals and 11 points in 14 games. 9 in the last 7. If he can keep up a decent scoring pace and with his contract, for sure he's worth that.

Perbix is going No where. So, Luke Schenn at best is a 7-9 defenseman. They choose Bogosian because he's better. This isn't the upgrade at forward to justify the picks for a guy you have no control over really bad decision making.

With this pretext I wasn't a big fan of the Hagel trade still think it was a drastic overpay ,but have you seen what he's doing? Unless he's injured you can almost guarantee Cooper isn't breaking he Point and Kucherov up.

I think Hagel brings alot more than just points and that's why he was so expensive, also a fan of him since we are from the same city. Overpay I agree with on that. The control thing is definitely the big issue with Kuzmenko I agree. Schenn as a 7-9 dman is just fine going into the playoffs. They will need the depth for another deep run. I wouldn't replace anyone with Schenn that's for sure though. Kuzmenko though will definitely be an interesting case going further.

Often it takes guys some time to get used to new team/line mates see Brandon Hagel last season. With Kuzmenko being a UFA after the season and Schenn being Schenn just don't think it's worth it.

I don't disagree, I also don't think TB needs that type of forward, they have s pretty good offence as it is. If someone gets injured might be a different story.
